Aim for something real. So during the first day of the project, a team must think of having a working application. Having flashy designs and cool features can be discussed later. Just like the previous chapter of Getting Real, this chapter aims to teach the readers to develop applications based on what is required because the most important factor in making an application, is to have one running.
Iteration is important, the team must not stress into finishing the whole thing in one sitting (especially if the project is big). Every step, the important thing is that you are able to accomplish something, then with what you have finished, you can start to continue to the next process.
